Compare the compact Mini BOV450, the slightly larger BOV650 and the standard-width BOV800/BOV845; include the discontinued BOV810 only if earlier models are acceptable, then check what changes in the Air Fry group. The dedicated Air Fry preset, convection fan, Dehydrate and Slow Cook appear in different combinations; even similar oven bodies may have different accessory sets and controls.
The Hamilton Beach 31220 is narrower and separately lists Convection and Dehydrate alongside Air Fry; the 31188J adds a Proof mode, while the manual-dial 31466J uses a simpler six-function menu. All three have one shared cavity. Compare their exact modes and body dimensions before choosing by preset count.
